Theatre Token Gift Card Vouchers never expire, even if you have come across some that are ten years old, they are still redeemable at the current list of participating theatres.

You will find virtually all London theatres and many local.

How to redeem your Theatre Token Gift Card Vouchers

We guess at this stage you have some idea of the show that you would like to see.  If you don't, this is the first decision that you need to make.  Once you have come to a decision contact the theatre in person or by phone. 

If calling by phone you will need to quote the 16 digit number and the 4 digit pin found underneath the scratch off panel, or in person where the theatre will scan the barcode so that Token may be accepted by the theatre.  Call 020 3011 0755 if you encounter any issues.
 

Please be aware that not all theatres can process vouchers via all a methods above.  Please contact the theatre or venue for full details. Contact details are available on our participating theatres list.

Theatre Token Gift Card Vouchers are also acceptable at the TKTS booth in Leicester Square.

Is change given?

You can use all or part pay using the theatre token gift card vouchers, if the theatre tickets are less than the value of your theatre token gift card voucher then the remaining amount will stay on you gift card.

If the tickets and booking fee are greater than the amount of theatre tokens that you have in your posession, the ticket agent or venue will give option on how to pay the remaining amount.

Who is the theatre tokens scheme run by?

The Theatre Tokens gift voucher scheme is run by Society of London Theatre, a not-for-profit organisation that represents London Theatre so any money made is reinvested back into the industry
