What is involved in the attraction?
You must contact the supplier in advance to book your experience using the details printed on your voucher. You must first proceed to the London Eye to pick up your tickets for the Eye and your Rover ticket for the hop on hop off cruise.

You must embark on your cruise at either London Eye or Westminster Piers but may subsequently get on and off at London Eye Pier, Westminster Pier, Tower Pier and Greenwich Pier. Cruises commence daily from 10am except 25th December.

How long is the voucher valid for?
Your voucher is valid for 10 months.

This experience is for TWO adults (age 16 and over) or ONE adult and ONE child.

To use this voucher you simply need to go along to the cruise operator's pier at Westminster, with your voucher, on your chosen day. You will then be issued with your cruise and London Eye tickets.

Please note: the London Eye will be closed for maintenance work between 7th January and 20th January 2012
