ALL ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SPECIAL DELIVERY ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 1PM, WHICH WILL BE DISPATCHED THE SAME DAY.   
 

POSTAGE FOR THEATRE VOUCHERS (OTHER THAN "THEATRE TOKENS")
 

Postage and packing for items other than theatre tokens, e.g. London Theatre Vouchers, Theatre and Dinner Vouchers or other experience vouchers is usually free, you can tell this by looking for the "free shipping" sign on the voucher's description page.

Postage For Theatre Tokens

The charges for the following services are inclusive of postage and packaging.

There are 4 different types of postage options available for Theatre Tokens. 

Orders of £50 and over will qualify for free shipping.  This means your order is sent by second class Royal Mail and estimated arrival time is 5 working days.

Royal Mail First Class Tracked (Signed For) and First Class Royal Mail orders are estimated to arrive within 1-3 working days.

Special Delivery orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day and will arrive before 1pm on the following working day.  Any special delivery orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.

If you are not in when the post worker calls then they should leave a card detailing where you can collect your order. Normally your local sorting office. If your tokens are not collected then they will be returned to us, which may result in an additional postage charge for resending.

Postage costs are not refundable.

RETURNS

The return of any products sold on our website will be completely at our discretion.
